Our client is an award-winning company looking for a Bid Manager who thrives in a growth environment with a lovely team. As they continue to innovate and grow, they have a new role for a commercially savvy Bid Manager to play a key part in identifying and securing RFPs, driving growth and delivering high-value solutions.
In addition to hybrid working (3 days in London office), the team offer a performance-based bonus, a company wellbeing initiative, pension contributions, and 20 days AL + BH.
As the Procurement and Bid Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new business opportunities through RFPs across industries such as loyalty programs, HR, reward programs, and more. You’ll manage the full bid process from identifying relevant RFPs to developing competitive proposals that showcase strengths. You’ll work closely with the business development, sales, product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure that each proposal is aligned with our strategic objectives and tailored to meet customer needs.
Networking skills are key, you will attend industry events and engage with clients to stay informed about procurement opportunities and developments. Reporting skills will be well utilised as you keep an up-to-date database of all RFPs, monitoring progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
