Account Director – Creative London advertising agency – (Hybrid), up to £65k

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent creative agencies, is looking for a talented Account Director to join their senior team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across high-profile, integrated campaigns for a range of B2B financial services clients in regulated sectors where clarity, trust and creativity are key. Experience working with clients from financial services, professional services or regulated sectors is preferred. This is a close-knit agency, passionate about their creative work and their client relationships.

As Account Director you’ll lead from the front, building strong client relationships, inspiring teams, and driving exceptional work from the first conversation to the final delivery. Confident in pitches and client meetings, you’ll combine commercial acumen with creative vision to deliver work that gets results. This role naturally has a business development and pitch focus with clients, as Account Director you will be in your element in meetings, building key relationships both internally and externally.
