As our business grows, we are excited to introduce a new role for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a newly created role designed to enhance our operational efficiency. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of 20 staff members, and ensuring smooth scheduling and time management. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 20 cleaning professionals.
- Develop and implement shift schedules to ensure operational coverage.
- Oversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor and manage supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
- Generate reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
