Join the Spotless Cleaning Team – Full-Time Evening Mobile Cleaner (2-Person Team)
- Shifts times-between 2:00 PM & 10:00 PM | 37.5 hours per week guaranteed pay
- Company van provided – shared driving responsibility
We are looking to recruit two reliable and hardworking Evening Mobile Cleaners to work together as a team, covering commercial cleaning contracts across Burton, Derby, Lichfield, Nottingham, Loughborough, Ashby, and surrounding areas.

About the Role
- Working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pay: £27,300 per annum per person
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week guaranteed pay, regardless of scheduled workload
- Team-based role: You will work with a partner, alternating driving duties
- Company vehicle (with fuel card) provided for use during shift – vehicle to be collected from Horninglow, Burton each day
As a Mobile Cleaner, you will travel between multiple commercial sites (offices, schools, etc.) throughout your shift. You’ll ensure high cleaning standards are consistently met and support the team by covering absences and assisting with new contracts or client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out professional cleaning across various sites
- Working flexibly with your teammate to cover scheduled and reactive cleans
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Occasionally assisting with new contract setups or troubleshooting cleaning issues
- Alternating driving of the company van
- Representing the Spotless brand professionally across all client locations
What We Offer

What We’re Looking For
- You must live in or near Burton-on-Trent
- Full UK driving license (with 3 points or fewer)
- Comfortable alternating driving duties with your teammate
- Experience in professional cleaning and knowledge of COSHH is preferred
- A flexible, reliable and proactive approach to work
- Must be comfortable travelling between multiple locations each day
- References required
- Must authorise Spotless to apply for an Enhanced DBS check on your behalf
