It\âs about creating a new professional standard for software used by diverse customer types worldwide, including crossâfunctional partnerships, R&D teams, company managers, and operational functions.What you\âll doFrame complex problem spaces and define the design strategy for our emerging SaaS catalog, exploring multiple solutions before landing on a highâconviction recommendation.Own the design quality and cohesion of sophisticated user journeys, ensuring our product UX and visual language are consistent, seamless, inspiring, and worldâclass.Contribute to and evolve a design system that supports a growing catalog of externalâfacing products, balancing existing Spotify paradigms with fresh, innovative visual instincts.Craft intuitive experiences for a wide range of customer types, from executive decisionâmakers to technical specialists, ensuring our software solves sophisticated organisational challenges.Expertly represent the design field in product rituals and highâstakes collaborator forums, including studioâwide All Hands.Leverage AIâassisted workflows and tools to expedite idea generation and rapid prototyping, enabling faster iteration while maintaining a high bar for craft, clarity, and humanâcentred outcomes.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science at the highest levels to coâcreate strategic direction and challenge the team\âs understanding of the problem space.Empower and mentor other designers, fostering a culture of highâcalibre design strategy and execution.Who you areYou possess incredible aesthetic taste and instincts, \âsweating the details\â of visual design while remaining grounded in functional, highâutility product UX.You understand how to take the core energy of the Spotify brand and refine it into a professional SaaS context that feels alive, human, and meaningful.You have a proven track record partnering crossâfunctionally in a complex product environment, such as scaled tech companies, platforms, or leading agencies.You have experience in product marketing and are proficient with content management systems (ideally Webflow or similar) to bring brand stories and product valueâpropositions to life.You approach projects with a comprehensive mentality, proven to deliver solutions that simplify complex workflows for diverse user groups.You excel at sharing critical information across teams and can back up your ideas with clear rationale and dataâdriven insights.You are committed to continuous growth, adapting seamlessly to the fastâpaced shifts of the global SaaS landscape.Where you\âll beThis role is based in London (UK) or Stockholm (Sweden).We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
