What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across Spotify’s Business teams to deeply understand talent needs and deliver thoughtful hiring strategies.
- Drive full‑cycle recruiting, from discovery and sourcing through offer—while ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with partners, offering market insight, pipeline intelligence, and honest guidance to influence decision‑making.
- Source and engage talent proactively using a mix of creative channels, data insights, and relationship‑driven outreach.
- Lead debriefs, create structured evaluation processes, and promote fair hiring practices grounded in Spotify’s Inclusion Mindset.
- Contribute to global TA programs, process improvements, and knowledge sharing to elevate recruiting standards across Spotify.

Where You’ll Be
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in‑person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 3 times per week.
