On this team, our mission is to show up wherever people are being social — across the platforms, surfaces, and moments where they're already expressing themselves and connecting with others — and make it effortless to bring audio into those moments. That means being present in the feeds, messages, and communities where culture moves, giving listeners the tools to express who they are through what they hear, and creating the loops that turn shared content into a new connection, a new fan, or a new Spotify user.
You'll work closely with platform partners, business development, feature-owning teams and cross-functional engineering and design teams. Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for how Spotify content is shared, discovered, and amplified across platforms.
- Identify opportunities to position Spotify at the intersection of audio and social culture through new product bets.
- Collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams to translate partnerships into meaningful product outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and research, creating clarity and momentum.
- Bring forward new ideas on how AI can enhance sharing experiences, from personalization to content creation.
- You understand how content spreads online and have a strong perspective on social platforms and digital culture.
- You’re comfortable using data to inform decisions, including experimentation and user behavior analysis.
- You have experience building or contributing to growth loops, sharing features, or social-driven products.
- You’re curious about how AI can shape future user experiences and are eager to explore its potential.
For this role, you can be within the EMEA region as long as we have a work location (excluding France due to on-call restrictions).
