Spotify, based in London, seeks an experienced Sales Trainer to build and deliver training programs for its global Sales teams. You will partner with leaders to shape the training strategy, run onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person), and collaborate with Product Marketing to train teams on new ad products and positioning.
You will design workshops, assess needs, create content, and provide coaching to elevate the team's performance across regions while maintaining a strong relationship.
