Spotify's Government Affairs team monitors, analyzes, and advocates on the legislative and regulatory issues that shape our business across the 180+ markets where our service is available. We help identify emerging policy developments, develop strategies that support Spotify’s mission, and work across the business to navigate an evolving global policy landscape.
Governments around the world are updating rules that impact the digital economy, including streaming services. Topics such as copyright, performer remuneration, content regulation, online safety, competition, digital taxation, cultural policy, and algorithmic responsibility continue to evolve and are increasingly interconnected.
In this role, you will help our global team understand these developments and contribute to thoughtful, coordinated policy strategies that support Spotify’s business and our users worldwide. You will work with stakeholders across the business, collaborate on policy strategy, and help shape Spotify’s global policy agenda.
