What you’ll do:
- Support, shape and lead product & offer propositions that unlock growth across emerging markets, with a strong focus on premium user acquisition.
- Work on complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end to support bringing to life partnerships, working closely with Product, Legal, Technical Accounting, FP&A and supporting key stakeholders in regional sales teams.
- Identify and ideate on audience expansion initiatives that balance user value, partner needs, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring partnership goals connect clearly to broader Spotify priorities & are supportive of reaching the broader teams sales targets.
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of at least 12+ years experience in a strategic role working at the intersection of partnerships, product, and growth, and regional exposure.
- You collaborate naturally across disciplines and regions, building alignment and momentum even when priorities compete.
- You use data, insights, and experimentation to guide decisions, while also applying strong judgment when the path isn’t obvious.
- You’re comfortable owning initiatives with real business impact and staying accountable from early concept through delivery.
