This role leads marketing for Shipping Our Expertise (SOE), Spotify’s B2B SaaS business built on our platform capabilities, while also shaping the broader Spotify R&D brand.
What You'll Do
- Set and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for the SOE business across product marketing, growth, and brand.
- Build and execute growth strategies that drive measurable revenue, adoption, and customer expansion.
- Lead digital and paid acquisition programs targeting developers, engineering leaders, and enterprise buyers.
- Define clear positioning and differentiated messaging for technical B2B audiences.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to align roadmap, go-to-market plans, and commercial priorities.
- Establish and track full-funnel performance across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Lead event and community strategy to increase visibility and generate qualified pipeline.
- Scale marketing operations through strong planning, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing, data-informed marketing team.
Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing.
- You have 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- You have experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical SaaS products.
- You understand engineering culture and know how to communicate with technical audiences.
- You have owned revenue or adoption targets and can demonstrate measurable business impact.
- You have led digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization.
- You are comfortable working with data, building forecasts, and using dashboards to guide decisions.
- You balance commercial thinking with strong product intuition and user-centered mindset.
- You bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous initiatives.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building new approaches from the ground up.
