As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Bristol office. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for hunting new business, prospecting, pitching, and closing new SME clients across a range of B2B sectors. You will sell set and bespoke appointment-setting packages that deliver real ROI, working closely with telesales and delivery teams to ensure campaign success. You will manage and drive your own sales pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding monthly targets, while building strong relationships with clients to support their ongoing success. What You’ll Be Doing Hunting for new business: prospecting, pitching, and closing new SME clients Selling set and bespoke appointment-setting packages that deliver real ROI Speaking directly to decision-makers across multiple B2B sectors Driving your own sales pipeline and smashing monthly targets Working closely with telesales and delivery teams to ensure campaign success Feeding off the buzz of performance-based sales Occasionally travelling across the UK to meet new and existing clients, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
