Purpose of the Role
As aWarranty Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of warranty claims while maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for minimising warranty rejection rates and helping to drive excellent audit standards across the business.
What You\\\βll Do
- Efficiently and accurately process warranty claims in line with company procedures and standards.
- Work closely with the Aftersales Team, providing coaching and guidance where needed.
- Accurately record warranty claim data and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Process payments and credits arising from warranty claims.
