The Role

  • Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, from contracts and policies through to disputes and tribunal claims
  • Manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work independently while also contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

About You

  • 5+ years PQE with solid employment law experience
  • Confident managing a varied caseload independently

  • Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and personable, with a good sense of humour
