We\’re seeking a Recruitment Coordinator / Student Enrolment Coordinator to join a residential college and non-profit organisation in Hull. This role is perfect for an organised people person eager to make a difference and support a unique educational experience that prepares volunteers for development work in Africa, India and the Caribbean!
Since 1998, this organisation has partnered with the NGO Humana People to People, training over 1,500 volunteers to tackle vital issues such as health, education, and food security across India and Africa. They welcome adults from all walks of life, empowering them to create change in the world. With exciting growth ahead, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in expanding their reach.
The RoleAs their Recruitment Coordinator / Student Enrolment Coordinator , you will combine recruitment and marketing skills to drive awareness, engage students, and manage the full enrolment process. Reporting to the department lead, you will:
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to enrolment.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and volunteers.
Leverage social media and marketing strategies to drive interest in the college, attracting students at all stages of their learning journey (from 18 to 65).
Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
QualificationsYou should be a Recruitment Coordinator, Student Enrolment Coordinator, Recruiter, Talent Attraction Specialist, or Student Marketing Pro with a CV that highlights:
Solid experience in recruitment, marketing, student enrolment, or a related field.
The ability to manage the entire enrolment process from initial outreach to onboarding.
An organised approach with a keen eye for detail.
Marketing savvy, including experience with social media, email outreach, etc.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Confidence in conducting online meetings and presentations.
Proficiency in a second language is advantageous, as many students are international.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, International Affairs, or similar (advantageous).
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to workplace location).
