A Customer Success Specialist is needed to join Wine Searcher, the world's leading wine and spirits search platform, trusted by millions of consumers, collectors, retailers and trade professionals to compare prices and discover wines from around the globe. Based in London, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in wine to build a career with an internationally recognised digital business.
Wine Searcher sits at the intersection of technology, data and the global wine trade, helping wineries, merchants, importers and consumers make smarter buying decisions every day. With teams based in London and Auckland, the business has built a reputation for combining industry expertise with innovative technology, creating a collaborative environment where curiosity, initiative and continuous learning are genuinely valued.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll become a key member of the Trade Sales & Partner Success team, supporting trade partners and customers across the UK, Europe and occasionally North America. This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You'll investigate account issues, analyse data, manage partner enquiries, support pre-sales activity and help customers maximise the value of Wine Searcher's products and services. Working closely with colleagues in both London and New Zealand, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service the company is known for.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems and taking ownership. You'll thrive if you're naturally curious, highly organised and able to pick things up quickly without needing constant direction. An enthusiasm for wine and spirits, whether through previous industry experience or a genuine personal interest, will help you succeed.
To qualify:
- Excellent written and spoken English with outstanding communication skills
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and email
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Confidence using CRM systems, helpdesk platforms or similar business software
- The ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
- An interest in the wine and spirits industry, with WSET qualifications, hospitality, retail or trade experience viewed favourably
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern workplace technology would be advantageous
In return, you'll join a globally recognised digital brand where you'll deepen your knowledge of the wine industry while working alongside a supportive international team. Expect a competitive salary of £31,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, private healthcare, a friendly and social office environment, flexible working policies, genuine opportunities to develop your career and the chance to become part of a business that continues to shape the global wine industry.
