We advise both employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters, combining technical expertise with practical, commercially minded advice delivered in plain English. As our caseload continues to grow, we are looking for someone with the confidence, experience, and initiative to manage a varied workload and help shape the future of the firm.
The Role You will:
- Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, from contracts and policies through to disputes and tribunal claims
- Manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Provide pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work independently while also contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- Keep up to date with legal developments in employment law
- Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the firm
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- 5+ years PQE with solid employment law experience
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently
- Skilled at building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Strong analytically, with sound judgement and attention to detail
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and personable, with a good sense of humour

Location and Travel
