A Social Media & Content Executive is needed to join Breeze Competitions, a fast growing, high energy online competitions brand based in Loanhead, Edinburgh. The team moves fast, tests ideas, and backs smart thinking with action. This is not a passive content role. It is hands on, visible and central to the brand's continued growth.
As Social Media & Content Executive, you will take ownership of the organic social plan, shaping content that builds reach, engagement and trust. You will create and publish content across Facebook and Instagram, manage the day to day community interaction, and support content needed for paid campaigns.
You will also coordinate third party content production, ensuring briefs are clear, deadlines are met and output aligns with brand standards. Alongside this, you will track performance data, spot trends, and recommend improvements that increase traffic, followers and player lifetime value.
This is a fast paced, hands on role reporting directly to the Business Owner. You will also support wider business activity including draw facilitation, payments and customer management, giving you a well rounded view of how a growing digital brand operates.
To qualify:
- At least 1 year experience in social media or hands on organic content delivery
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
- The ability to create engaging, on brand content that drives interaction
- Experience managing online communities and responding to customer comments
- Confidence analysing performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth
- Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail
- Good understanding of UK GDPR and platform compliance basics
