We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to drive business growth within the Energy & Utilities sector. The role involves managing key client relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, and delivering technology/business solutions that align with customer objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge across utilities, power, oil & gas, renewables, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic clients in the Energy & Utilities domain.
  • Drive revenue growth through account mining, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
  • Understand client challenges and propose suitable digital, consulting, engineering, or IT solutions.
  • Develop account strategies, business plans, and growth roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity identification, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and solution teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Track industry trends such as smart grids, sustainability, renewable energy, ESG, IoT, AI, and digital utilities.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8–15+ years of experience in client management, account management, business development, or sales within the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, energy markets, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
