Position: Client Partner Energy & Utilities Location United Kingdom We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to drive business growth within the Energy & Utilities sector. The role involves managing key client relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, and delivering technology/business solutions that align with customer objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge across utilities, power, oil & gas, renewables, and digital transformation initiatives. Build and manage relationships with strategic clients in the Energy & Utilities domain. Drive revenue growth through account mining, cross-selling, and new business acquisition. Understand client challenges and propose suitable digital, consulting, engineering, or IT solutions. Develop account strategies, business plans, and growth roadmaps. Track industry trends such as smart grids, sustainability, renewable energy, ESG, IoT, AI, and digital utilities. Acquisition of new accounts as one of the R& R Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred. ~8–15+ years of experience in client management, account management, business development, or sales within the Energy & Utilities sector. ~ Strong understanding of utility operations, energy markets, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions. ~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ~ Experience handling large enterprise accounts and C-level interactions. ~ Relationship Management Commercial Acumen Account Expansion
