Clients are supported throughout the full business lifecycle, with an emphasis on building long-term, high-impact relationships.
The firm’s London office, established over 50 years ago as one of the first US law firms in the city, plays a central role in its international platform. The firm is a trusted advisor to a prestigious client base including major corporates, investment funds, financial institutions and business leaders across a broad range of top-tier transactional and contentious areas, including antitrust, asset management, public and private M&A, capital markets, private equity, finance, real estate, litigation, international arbitration, restructuring and tax.
The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out financial analysis and modelling to underpin restructuring strategies.
- Keeping up to date with market developments and regulatory changes impacting restructurings.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidates qualified in England & Wales are encouraged to apply, including Irish-qualified lawyers who are dual-qualified in England & Wales.
Strong analytical ability, including financial modelling skills.
