Are you an experienced 360-degree Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is based within commuting distance of the outskirts of Southampton?

My Client is an established recruitment organisation, with a UK presence and an excellent reputation of providing superior temporary, contract, and permanent candidates for roles across the UK.

They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Billing Recruitment Consultant to join this established branch. You will report to their Regional Manager, and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering recruitment solutions and working alongside colleagues to deliver account management services solutions.
  • Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Actively chasing new business opportunities across Hampshire, Sussex and possibly Dorset.
  • Supporting and driving candidate resourcing solutions.

Ideal Candidate Credentials:

  • An ambitious, driven individual with a passion for developing new business within Recruitment.
  • Proven track record within recruitment (ideally in the temporary recruitment sector).
  • Strong business acumen coupled with being a self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support other members of the team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills along with commercial awareness.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within a 360-degree billing role.
  • A current UK driving licence and access to a car.

Hours & Location:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, but you would be expected to attend the Ipswich office during the week.
