Overview

Are you an experienced 360-degree Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is based within commuting distance of the outskirts of Southampton?

My Client is an established recruitment organisation, with a UK presence and an excellent reputation of providing superior temporary, contract, and permanent candidates for roles across the UK

Responsibilities

  • Deliver recruitment solutions and working alongside colleagues to deliver account management services solutions.
  • Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Actively chasing new business opportunities across Hampshire, Sussex and possibily Dorset
  • Supporting and driving candidate resourcing solutions.

  • No on-call evening or weekend work (our dedicated on-call team handles that!).

Ideal Candidate Credentials

  • An ambitious, driven individual with a passion for developing new business within Recruitment.
  • Proven track record within recruitment (ideally in the temporary recruitment sector).
  • Strong business acumen coupled with being a self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support other members of the team
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills along with commercial awareness.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within a 360-degree billing role
  • A current UK driving licence and access to a car

Hours & Location

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, but you would be expected to attend the Ipswich office during the week
