Are you an experienced 360-degree Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is based within commuting distance of the outskirts of Southampton?

My Client is an established recruitment organisation, with a UK presence and an excellent reputation of providing superior temporary, contract, and permanent candidates for roles across the UK
Responsibilities
- Deliver recruitment solutions and working alongside colleagues to deliver account management services solutions.
- Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Actively chasing new business opportunities across Hampshire, Sussex and possibily Dorset
- Supporting and driving candidate resourcing solutions.

- No on-call evening or weekend work (our dedicated on-call team handles that!).

Ideal Candidate Credentials
- An ambitious, driven individual with a passion for developing new business within Recruitment.
- Proven track record within recruitment (ideally in the temporary recruitment sector).
- Strong business acumen coupled with being a self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support other members of the team
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

- Strong negotiation skills along with commercial awareness.
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a 360-degree billing role
- A current UK driving licence and access to a car
Hours & Location
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, but you would be expected to attend the Ipswich office during the week
