My Client is an established recruitment brand in Norwich with a local presence, and they are focused on developing opportunities for increasing their market share as they have done, year on year. Therefore, they are seeking a recruitment professional who is focused, dynamic, and possesses a passion for an established recruitment professional who is happy in a 360-degree role. Therefore, it is essential that the successful Candidate knows the Norwich and surrounding area and can hit the ground running with passion and drive to develop new recruitment opportunities – whether this be within local businesses or larger contracts or even on-site (or two !!). You will be someone who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of success within recruitment of at least 12-24 months. But it is essential that you have a passion for new business, and developing opportunities for placements (temp, contract or permanent) into Industrial, Warehousing, Commercial, Driving and Semi-Skilled roles (other sectors will be considered) for you to develop this role to its full potential. As with any recruitment organisation you will get a great basic salary up to £35K (depending upon experience – possibly more for a \’superstar\’) plus OTE including internal career progression.
