My client is a recognised and established brand in recruitment with a local presence in Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire, focused on developing opportunities to increase market share, as they have done year on year since inception. This is a hybrid opportunity coming into the office once a week.
They are seeking an additional Industrial Recruitment Professional who is focused, dynamic and passionate about continuing to develop a warm desk within a 360 degree capacity. The successful candidate should know the Milton Keynes area and surrounding region and be able to hit the floor running with passion and drive to develop new recruitment opportunities—whether within local businesses, larger contracts or on-site roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop new recruitment opportunities within Industrial, Warehousing and Semi-Skilled sectors in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
- Work in a 360 capacity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temp, contract and permanent placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and contractors to grow the client base and opportunities.
- Develop volume business where applicable and contribute to meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of placements and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Industrial recruitment of at least 24 months.
- Experience developing volume business in Buckinghamshire and/or Oxfordshire is advantageous.
- Passion for new business development and creating opportunities for placements (temp, contract or permanent).
- Ability to work in a targeted recruitment environment within Industrial, Warehousing and Semi-Skilled roles.
- Full driving licence is essential.

- Competitive basic salary up to £35K (dependent on experience; higher for exceptional candidates) plus OTE.
