Role
This is a 360 role, so you\’ll be doing it all — business development, candidate sourcing, fast-paced bookings, and Client care.
Responsibilities
- Proactively bringing in new business (cold calling, networking, referrals)
- Managing urgent temp bookings — often same-day
- Writing ads, sourcing drivers, and managing placements end-to-end
- Building solid, long-term relationships with clients and drivers
- Keeping CRM systems tidy and compliant (it\’s not glamorous, but it matters)
What You\’ll Need
- Experienced Driving/Logistics Recruitment – Minimum 12 months
- Energy, resilience, and a love of targets
- Confidence on the phone and in-person — you\’re great with people
- Able to work fast, juggle tasks, and stay calm under pressure
- Happy making outbound sales calls and working towards KPIs
Hours & On-Call
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
- We ask you to stay responsive until 5pm for client or candidate needs
- On-call rota: 1 week in every 4 (they keep it fair and manageable)
