Job Description
We are recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager in Kettering to work for an industry leading Recruitment Agency. This is a great opportunity working in a modern brand new site with fantastic facilities.
You will be managing the retail account onsite which has 2 coordinators in place and up to 200 temps.
Experience in agency recruitment is a must.
Job Function
- To effectively manage the team of temps
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly KPI's to ensure aims and goals are being achieved
- Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention
- Maintain and grow existing business relationships
- Ensure that strict compliance procedures are followed
