Senior Finance Analyst, HOKA (Wholesale & Distributor markets)

The Role:
As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and analysis relating to the HOKA Wholesale and Distributor markets, as well as the provision and development of sales reporting for all Deckers brands and channels across EMEA. You will work closely with HOKA teams to highlight areas of risk and opportunity, and communicate back to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with all areas of the business and have an analytical mind to build accurate budgets and forecasts.
Your Impact:
- Prepare the Annual Brand Plan, covering the Wholesale and Distributor channels and subsequent forecast updates
- Report on business performance, through Brand reporting packs
- Work closely with the Head of FP&A to develop consistent Brand and Channel reporting
- Partner with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Merchandise and Product teams to ensure financial plans are aligned to operational capabilities

- You have a high standard for accuracy with statistical data
- You are a strong communicator with interpersonal and influencing skills
- You’re comfortable with complexity
- You can interpret and present non-financial information effectively
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Full qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or alternative analysis experience
- Pan-European/multi-currency experience including USD
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced skills in Excel
