We’re looking for a culturally attuned and visually instinctive Lead Art Director to shape the lifestyle expression of On – across partnerships and product storytelling. From global moments like A-list partners to seasonal lifestyle narratives, you’ll blend a fashion-forward edge with our performance roots, translating concepts into compelling visual stories through high-quality creative across channels.
As a key member of the Brand Creative team, you’ll lead with taste, curiosity and clarity – guiding the look and feel of our lifestyle storytelling in collaboration with teams across social, graphic design, retail, product and marketing. This is a hands-on role.
Your mission:
- Art direct some of On’s most iconic lifestyle campaign moments – including global campaigns and talent partnerships.
- Work across channels from TikTok and social to OOH stills campaign and film direction.
- Translate seasonal concepts into visual stories that resonate with culturally aware, Gen-Z and Gen-alpha consumers.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, product teams, retail designers and cross-functional brand partners.
- Align with the Senior Lead Art Director on seasonal milestones and brand consistency.
Your story:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction at a global brand or creative agency, ideally with a focus on fashion, lifestyle or culture.
- A portfolio showcasing fluency in visual concepting from TikTok and social to OOH stills campaign and film direction.
- A sharp portfolio showcasing conceptually brilliant and visually unique art direction across campaigns.
- Confident leading shoots, curating talent, locations and collaborators.
- Fluent in visual design principles with strong instincts across photography, film and emerging creative formats.
- Comfortable working across large-scale campaign development and fast-paced content creation.
- A proactive team player who brings creative optimism and clarity to every collaboration.
- Experienced in managing timelines, resources and team dynamics.
- Passionate about culture, design and pushing creative boundaries.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
