**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a knack for organizing and managing events, and the ability to run events directly. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various events for the company, as well as contributing to the growth and expansion of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**

Identify, plan, and organise exciting events such as glow-in-the-dark sports evenings and other activities for children.

Run and oversee events, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants.

Work directly with children, engaging them in activities and ensuring their enjoyment and safety.

Collaborate with schools, parents, and community organizations to promote and coordinate events.

Assist in expanding the business by exploring new opportunities and innovative ideas.

Write and manage communications, including emails and promotional materials.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

Work closely with the coaching team to ensure the successful delivery of events.

Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
**Qualifications:**

Experience working with children, preferably with a background in coaching or education.

Strong organisational and event planning skills.
