The RoleWe're looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager to own commercial relationships across the sports rights holder landscape - driving new business and deepening the partnerships we already have. This is a front-line commercial role for someone who knows the sponsorship world inside out and wants to bring genuinely category-leading technology into it.
You'll join as one of the foundational members of the team. That means real ownership, real impact, and a clear runway to grow into a senior leadership position as the business scales - if your performance takes you there.
This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We're a startup operating at pace, and we need someone ready to roll their sleeves up, push hard, and get stuck in.
What you'll do- Build, manage, and convert a pipeline
- Full commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Develop trusted relationships with sponsorship and commercial decision-makers across the industry
- Represent Sportworks where it matters - hospitality at games, networking events, and industry conferences
- Feed market insight back into the business to shape product and commercial strategy
- Think beyond your own remit, contributing to how we commercialise and scale the company as a whole
- Multiple years' experience working directly inside a sports rights holder, in a commercial or sponsorship-facing role
- A deep, practical understanding of how sports sponsorship works and how commercial teams operate day to day
- A solid grasp of technology and a genuine curiosity about how the landscape is moving
- A business-minded, entrepreneurial operator with a commercial instinct that extends across the whole business, not just their own role
- Someone who thrives in an intense, fast-growing environment and is hungry to push hard and build something
- UK-based, able to attend the office 1-2 days per week in London and travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry engagements
