  • We support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure customers leave satisfied.
  • You play a key role in day‑to‑day store operations—creating great customer experiences, driving commercial success, and modelling excellent service.
  • You bring the Card Factory Way to life, help team members grow, and build your own skills.
  • With your commercial acumen, you lead store initiatives, maintain communication, foster a positive, inclusive environment, and monitor performance metrics to keep the store running smoothly.
