Responsibilities

• Lead day to day – building a brilliant team, setting clear direction, and creating a workplace where people thrive.
• From hiring and coaching to merchandising and payroll, take ownership and make things happen.
• Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers, always looking for ways to grow, improve, and celebrate success.
