We're excited to be building a brand-new Resource & Optimisation team at Card Factory and we're looking for a Resource Analyst who is a curious, analytical thinker, eager to question the norm and help shape how we use data to support our retail workforce planning. Joining a small, close-knit team where your ideas genuinely matter, this is a brilliant opportunity to influence how the function operates, bring fresh thinking, and make a tangible impact on the way we work. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week on site) that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact across our stores.

This role centres on managing, analysing, and interpreting workforce data to help drive accuracy, clarity, and smart decision-making across our retail operations. It involves extracting and manipulating data, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, producing clear and actionable reporting, and identifying patterns or anomalies that need attention. There's a strong focus on supporting forecasting activity, partnering with operational teams, resolving data-related issues, and challenging existing processes to make them better. Curiosity is key – asking why, digging into the detail, and spotting opportunities to improve how we work will play a big part in your success.
