- Be the Voice of Sportsshoes.com: Answer queries warmly, build quick rapport, and empathize with runners of all levels—from 5k beginners to ultra-marathoners.
- Goals: Maintain the highest standards of customer care, balancing your daily response times and performance KPIs.
- A Running Expert: You have a genuine interest and active involvement in the running field.
- Product Obsessed: A keen eye for product details (we will also provide top-tier training to elevate your knowledge further!)
- Tech Savvy: A confident PC user who can swiftly navigate new systems and communication platforms.
