We are looking for true running enthusiasts who can channel their personal passion into technical knowledge, helping our customers smash their personal bests and find the perfect gear.
The role : As our ‘go-to’ running team, you will provide an excellent level of support to our community across pehone, webchat, email, and social media.
You will share your expertise and deliver specialist running advice and deep technical knowledge to help customers choose the right gear for their goals.
Our team works on a rotating shift pattern:
- Weekday Shifts (On a Rota Basis): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (worked once a month on a rota basis)
- Peak Season: A willingness to put in extra hours when times are busy, particularly during our peak period (November – February).
