This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a leading brand in the sports media and events industry, with a core focus on growing and engaging audiences for our digital subscription products. Working within a 5‑strong team, you will support the acquisition, conversion and retention of subscribers through compelling multi‑channel campaigns, strong creative execution and data‑led optimisation.
You will:
- Own marketing campaigns for our digital subscription products, helping to drive acquisition, nurture prospects and retain existing members through clear, engaging communications.
- Create and deploy multi‑channel campaigns across email, social media, websites, paid and partner channels, using platforms including HubSpot, Canva and WordPress.
- Take ownership of our webinar and whitepaper campaigns, from planning, campaign set‑up and audience targeting through to promotion, follow‑up communications and performance reporting.
- Support wider marketing campaigns across the business, including our events portfolio, helping to drive audience growth, delegate engagement and commercial campaign objectives.
- Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, adverts and marketing collateral, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and tailored to the needs of our audiences.
- Design high‑quality marketing assets that bring campaigns to life and support both membership growth and wider commercial objectives.
- Use data and insight to understand campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations that support acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing, editorial, commercial and product teams to ensure campaigns are well planned, professionally delivered and aligned with business priorities.
- Support the ongoing growth of the SportsPro brand by helping us reach new audiences, deepen relationships with existing ones and communicate the value of our products clearly.
