The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive VIP & Content Executive to join our events team. This is a unique hybrid role spanning VIP audience development, stakeholder engagement and event production. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing and managing SportsPro's invitation-only VIP communities, facilitating valuable business connections through our meeting concierge service, and supporting the development and delivery of our industry-leading conference programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- VIP Audience Development & Management
- Own the day-to-day administration and delivery of SportsPro's invitation-only VIP programmes across the events portfolio.
- Research, identify and engage senior decision-makers from across the sports industry.
- Build, maintain and continually enhance target attendee lists across rights holders, teams, leagues, federations, broadcasters, investors, brands and technology companies.
- Manage VIP invitation campaigns and stakeholder communications.
- Track VIP recruitment performance against event objectives and targets.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and attendee management systems.
- Support the development of VIP engagement strategies and experiences across the portfolio.
- Act as an ambassador for SportsPro's VIP community, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience for attendees.
- Meeting Concierge & Introductions Programme
- Serve as a key operational lead for SportsPro's meeting and introductions concierge service.
- Coordinate introductions and meetings between VIP attendees, speakers and commercial partners before, during and after events.
- Manage meeting requests, scheduling and attendee communications.
- Work closely with Sales, Content and VIP teams to ensure meetings are aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Track meeting activity, outcomes and reporting metrics.
- Support the continued evolution of the concierge programme, helping to develop it into a key value driver across the event portfolio.
- Content Production Support
- Support the event content team in researching and developing conference agendas across SportsPro's events portfolio.
- Identify emerging industry trends, themes and potential session topics.
- Assist with speaker research and target list development.
- Support speaker outreach, briefing and management processes.
- Coordinate speaker communications and logistics throughout the event lifecycle.
- Assist with agenda planning, content administration and project tracking.
- Provide onsite support for speakers, moderators and content delivery.
- Project Coordination & Event Delivery
- Work collaboratively with Content, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to support event delivery.
- Become a champion user of SportsPro's project management systems and processes.
- Support the coordination of internal timelines, milestones and project deliverables.
- Assist with sponsor fulfilment and stakeholder communications where required.
- Provide onsite support across VIP management, speaker management and meeting programmes.
- Contribute to continuous improvements across event processes and attendee experiences.
