The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This position will provide essential support to the Project Management team. The successful candidate will assist and execute on key projects and business operations, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and delivery of client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end administration of our invitation-only programs, providing meticulous management and communication of our VIPs.
- Facilitate key business operations relating to commercial tracking and client deliverables, serving as a central conduit between departments to ensure operational fluidity and the highest standard of client service.
- Become a champion user of our project management tool (Asana) to track and manage project timelines, as well as support the enhancement of its use across the wider business through streamlining processes and internal communication.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide cross-functional support to various departments, assisting in the execution of operational tasks, workflows, and ad-hoc projects.
About you
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to ensure seamless delivery and coordination between multiple teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
