We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales departments, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans that align with the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. This role reports directly into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:
