Fulham FC Women is seeking a Head of Performance (Women) to provide strategic leadership across medical, rehabilitation and physical development functions, ensuring players are physically prepared to perform at their highest level.
Working closely with the Head Coach and multidisciplinary teams, the role will develop and implement an integrated performance strategy that connects injury prevention, load management and long-term player development, while prioritising a player-centred approach.
