As part of the Academy Sports Science & Medicine team, you will play a key part in being a leading performance team with the aim of enhancing the development of young players, measuring performance & development, and educating players, coaches and interdisciplinary staff. You will be delivering an elite service adopting a holistic approach to improving the performance of players across the full Academy with a particular focus on the U18’s.
- Extensive experience of working in the elite sporting environment.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sport Science, S&C or related field.
- BASES Professional membership and ability to obtain accreditation within an agreed time frame.
- Knowledge of LTAD frameworks.
- Good knowledge of the EPPP requirements.
- Team player.
- Possess a strong awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- Highly organised and methodical approach to workload.
- Confidential and diplomatic.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Full driving license.
- Right to Work in the UK.
