In this role, you will use your experience, skills and knowledge to:

  • Plan and deliver bespoke strength and conditioning programmes aligned to the cricket calendar, individual player goals and role-specific performance needs.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director, physiotherapy, coaching and wider SS&M teams to manage player progress, injury rehabilitation, return-to-performance plans, workload data and performance screenings.
  • Provide training and match day support, including player preparation, warm-ups, emergency care input, nutrition and hydration support, and performance development activity.
  • Maintain professional and operational standards through CPD, audit contribution, budget input, equipment management and collaboration with nutrition and supplementation providers in line with UKAD and ECB requirements.
