Chelsea FC Women’s First Team is seeking a lead sports medicine physician to oversee all medical services, diagnose injuries and manage treatment plans for players. You will provide pitch-side medical cover during training and matches, and work with coaches and performance staff to optimise player availability and welfare.
You will coordinate specialist consultations, oversee consent and governance, and contribute to injury prevention, return-to-play strategies and the development of football.
