Wycombe Wanderers are seeking an engaged and forward-looking Performance Physiotherapist with strong multi-disciplinary team experience and a proactive, innovative mindset. Reporting to the Head of Medical, this role will contribute to the evolution of our First Team support environment — delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, and working with coaches and performance support staff to individualise and integrate with the wider programme.
You will lead on pathology management of available players, with a particular focus on complex presentations including tendinopathies and chronic load-related conditions. You should demonstrate integrated applied knowledge across the performance development process, providing data-informed analysis and insight, and working closely with coaches and the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise player availability.
