Sportsmith in Greater London is seeking an experienced Academy Performance Lead to guide medical and sports science across our Women’s Academy. Reporting to the Women’s Academy Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team and coordinate services to support player welfare, health and performance.
You will shape the development of future first team players, drive injury prevention, maintain high standards, and implement performance frameworks and bespoke player plans to maximise progression.
