- Plan, deliver, and reflect on individualised strength & conditioning programmes;
- Be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing technical expertise in physical preparation and supporting the overall progress of the performance programme.
- Maintain regular contact with staff from selected Performance Programmes such as Coaches, Performance Directors, Physiotherapists and other support staff;
- Input into the planning process for Performance Programmes;
- Manage and provide guidance to placement students and graduate roles.
