What you will be getting up to:

The Change Analyst will join a team who are responsible for the facilitation and
governance of the Change Management Process, including the analysis of Change
Requests.
The Change Analyst will work together with business and IT teams
You will ensure the overall change quality and effectiveness: including proper planning,
scheduling, level of approval and risk/ impact is provided and understood by all parties
prior to the implementation of changes to our production environments.
The Change team is consistently looking to review and evolve our current ways of
working, this is a wonderful opportunity to contribute and help drive change while ensuring
best practice and process are adopted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process
    improvements where possible.
  • Ensure quality and timely review of change records in accordance with established
    policies and standards.
  • Day to day management of change requests
  • Identification and allocation of relevant change approval
  • Conducting & verifying post-implementation reviews, investigating issues arising out of change implementation.
  • Participate in internal end to end-user groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and business processes
  • Reporting of change to both internal and 3rd party management teams
  • Facilitation of Change Approval Board (CAB) and Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) reports & minutes.
  • Participate in internal and external audit
  • Process training of new Change Management users
  • Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process

Required Qualifications

  • ITIL awareness, certification will be an advantage
  • 2Preferably 2+ years of working in an IT environment
  • Experience of using JIRA
