Salary: £38,773 per annum (£19,386 per annum pro-rata)

Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning content? If so, this might be the next challenge for you! We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Officer to join our Sports Development team, who will work closely with a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts to create high-quality and engaging e-learning modules and digital and blended learning content for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • You will design digital and blended learning approaches for identified subject matter areas, so you should have experience of this on a Virtual Learning Environment, as well as experience of delivering learning and development interventions to learners.
  • You will work closely with identified partners and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging digital learning content to be hosted on the Brightspace system, supporting partners to pilot new pieces of content and the evaluation and refinement post-pilot to maximise engagement and impact.
  • With your proven experience of learning design and working in a digital learning environment, specifically in methods of online engagement and facilitation, individual and group assessments, supporting individual and group learning, tutoring, teaching, and training, you must be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative in order to meet stakeholder needs.
