Do you enjoy understanding complex problems and turning them into clear, evidence‐based insight? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data and Digital team, supporting project initiation through early stage discovery, process review and requirements definition. The role requires a minimum of two days per week in our Glasgow office, with flexibility to increase to meet project needs.

The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders from across the organisation to analyse current processes, assess impacts, support options appraisal and ensure initiatives are well scoped and governance ready.
